  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to first-name basis, simple. After that, we like to walk through the plumbing together and listen to the concerns and needs of the customer. Once that is accomplished, we will agree on a plan of action and will only proceed once the customer is fully understood and informed.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over a decade of plumbing experience, backed by years of trade school and trade related schooling, Texas Grand Plumbing continues to learn and grow. In addition, we are anually required by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners to undergo continuing education for our plumbing licenses. OSHA-30 certification; first aid and CPR certification; rigging certification; medical gas certification; brazing certifications are amongst the other certifications owned.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We have ongoing work with many repeat customers. Often we work with homeowners, investors, and general contractors. This leads to many types of properties and unique individuals, from lawyers and judges to first time home buyers.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The customer shouldn't feel pressured to know all aspects of their plumbing needs, but the customer should find a plumbing outfit that they are comfortable with. Plumbing isn't always easy, but a well-rounded contractor should be able to navigate the "plumbing waters" with their potential customer and help dial-in an accurate assessment or ultimate goal.
